My stay at this hotel was pleasant overall. The staff was extremely nice, always ready to help with a very polite and professional mannerism. The location was convenient, with easy access to the highway, making it stress-free to get around. On the downside, there was a missed opportunity to assist guests during a payment processing issue, and the transition between moves seemed a bit chaotic.
